Unlike generic horoscope content, every reading is calculated from your individual natal chart — covering your Sun, Moon, Rising, and planetary placements across all 12 houses. The AI interprets these placements in the context of your specific chart, producing a reading that reflects you rather than a broad category.

How do I cancel or change my subscription?

You can manage your subscription at any time from your account settings under Billing. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep access until the date you've already paid for. If you run into any difficulty, email hello@astromystra.com and we'll handle the change manually within one business day.

Are my birth details and readings private?

Yes. Your birth data and all generated readings are stored securely and are never shared with third parties. We don't sell personal data or use your birth information for advertising. You can read the full details in our Privacy Policy, and you can request a complete data export or deletion at any time from your account settings.

Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?

We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you've experienced a technical issue that prevented you from receiving your reading, or if you were charged in error, we will refund you promptly. For general dissatisfaction, please reach out and describe what didn't meet your expectations — we'd rather understand and improve than process a silent refund.
