We collect information you provide directly — your name, email address, birth date, birth time, and birth place when you create an account or generate a reading. We also collect usage data such as features accessed and readings generated.
Your data is used to generate personalised astrology and numerology readings, improve our AI models, send account-related emails, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
All data is stored in encrypted databases hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We use industry-standard TLS encryption for all data in transit.
We use essential cookies for authentication, preference settings, and session management. Additionally, when advertising is enabled on the free tier, third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to AstroMystra or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to our site and/or other sites on the Internet. We use Google OAuth for social login, Razorpay for payment processing for Indian users (INR), PayPal for payment processing for international users (USD), and AI providers (Google Gemini, OpenRouter) to generate readings. For ad monetization, we integrate Google AdSense. Each third-party provider collects and processes data according to their own privacy policies.

AstroMystra enforces usage limits per subscription plan to ensure fair access and service quality. Free (Stargazer) accounts receive 2 lifetime AI readings, 5 monthly horoscopes, and 5 lifetime chat messages. Mystic accounts receive 30 AI readings/month, unlimited horoscopes, 20 chat messages/day, and 150 chat messages/month. Oracle accounts receive 200 AI readings/month (including 50 GPT-5 deep readings when available), unlimited horoscopes, 50 chat messages/day, and 500 chat messages/month. All AI chat is powered by Google Gemini across all plans. One-time reading packs (Starter ₹249 / Value ₹599) provide additional AI reading credits only — they do not include chat messages or daily horoscopes. Purchased credits never expire. Limits are subject to change with notice.
