1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AstroMystra, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

AstroMystra provides AI-generated astrology and numerology readings for entertainment and personal insight purposes only. Readings are not a substitute for professional advice — financial, medical, psychological, or otherwise.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer our AI systems, scrape content in bulk, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

Paid plans (Mystic and Oracle) are billed monthly or annually in advance on a recurring basis.

Refund Policy

1. First payment guarantee — if you are not satisfied within 7 days of your very first subscription payment, contact support@astromystra.com for a full refund, no questions asked. This applies to the initial charge only. Monthly renewal charges (month 2 onwards) and annual renewal charges (year 2 onwards) are non-refundable — you had full access during the prior billing period and could have cancelled before renewal.
2. Yearly renewal goodwill — if you are charged for an annual renewal and contact us within 48 hours of that charge without having used any readings in the new period, we may offer a goodwill refund at our discretion. To avoid renewal charges, cancel before your renewal date.
3. Reading credit packs — one-time credit purchases are non-refundable once credits have been applied to your account.

To cancel your subscription, visit your Billing page — cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain full access until then.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and AI-generated readings remain the property of AstroMystra. You may use your personal readings for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

AstroMystra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any reading or the availability of the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

AstroMystra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
