1. Who Creates Our Content

Educational articles across AstroMystra's Learn and Blog sections are written and published under the byline of our founder, Amritanshu Kumar Gaurav. Personalized content — birth chart readings, daily horoscopes, numerology reports, tarot readings, and AI chat responses — is generated on demand for each user by AI models, from real astronomical and numerological data computed by our own calculation engine. See our Methodology page for how that engine works.

2. How AI Is Used

AI (Google Gemini for standard and free-tier features; GPT-5 Mini via OpenRouter for Oracle-tier premium readings) writes the narrative, interpretive text of your personalized birth chart readings, horoscopes, compatibility reports, and chat responses — turning calculated chart positions, dasha periods, and numerology numbers into readable guidance in the tone and length you select. AI never calculates planetary positions, house cusps, the ayanamsa, nakshatras, dashas, dosha results, or numerology numbers — every one of those values is produced by deterministic calculation code, documented on our Methodology page, not generated or estimated by a language model. Because personalized readings are generated instantly and individually for each user, they are not reviewed by a human before being shown to you.

3. Our Editorial Standard

When we write about astrology, numerology, or tarot in our Learn and Blog articles, we aim to clearly distinguish three kinds of statements: Astronomy — objective, verifiable facts about celestial mechanics (planetary positions, orbital periods, retrograde motion). Traditional astrology — practices and interpretations from specific astrological traditions, explicitly attributed (for example, "In Vedic astrology..." or "Western tropical astrology holds..."). AstroMystra interpretation — original synthesis and commentary, labeled as our own perspective rather than established doctrine or scientific fact. We do not present astrology, numerology, or tarot as scientifically validated prediction. Our content is for entertainment, self-reflection, and cultural or spiritual exploration.

4. Sources

Our astronomical calculations are computed directly using an open-source ephemeris library (astronomy-engine) and a dedicated house-calculation library (circular-natal-horoscope-js) — not copied from third-party sources. Our Vedic dasha, nakshatra, and Mangal Dosha logic follows standard, widely published Vedic astrology formulas; where we reference an external source for a specific rule, such as historical Lahiri ayanamsa values, we cite it on our Methodology page. Traditional astrological, numerological, and tarot interpretations draw on well-established, publicly known systems — Western tropical astrology, Vedic (Jyotish) astrology, Pythagorean numerology, and traditional tarot card meanings.

5. Corrections

If you spot an error in any of our content — technical, factual, or interpretive — please let us know at hello@astromystra.com. We review and correct verified errors promptly.
