Houses are whole signs counted from your Moon sign: the sign your Moon is in is the 1st house, the next sign the 2nd, and so on. Sade Sati is Saturn in the 12th, 1st or 2nd house from the Moon; Dhaiya is Saturn in the 4th or 8th.
Rahu uses the mean lunar node, the convention most Indian panchangs follow, and Ketu is always exactly opposite Rahu.
